Hello! This is the website for my private Minecraft server

Getting started

  1. Download the Minecraft Launcher
  2. Download the Neoforge Installer
  3. Make sure you have Java installed on your system (I recommend the Adoptium Java 21 JRE)
  4. Run the neoforge-21.1.194-installer.jar in order to install neoforge to the Mincraft launcher / client
  5. Download the mods needed for the server here

Installing the mod files

How to install the mods on Windows

  1. Unpack the mod files and install them. Open the command run dialog with Windows + R and run the %appdata% command to open the application data directory.
    2. An example of the %appdata% directory for Minecraft
  2. Once you've found the .minecraft directory, create a 'mods' folder if one doesn't already exist
  3. Then move/unpack the .jar mod files into the .minecraft/mods folder

Running Minecraft with neoforge

Once you have neoforge client installed, and the mod .jar files installed, you should be able to run the Minecraft launcher and select Neoforge like so:

Connecting to the server
